Solar tracker with two axes, specially designed for solar high concentration photovoltaic modules, using triple-junction cells.
This tracker has been developed under an innovative project of R & D, which has been validated and endorsed by the CDTI and the Department of Innovation of the Government of Navarra and the Navarra Industry Association.
The high concentration technology allows obtaining yields through the use of fresnel lenses, which are capable of performing a concentration of 1000 soles, with yields of up to 40%.
The lens is responsible for focusing the solar radiation in the triple-junction photovoltaic cell InGaP-GaInAs-Ge, which is of reduced dimensions.
This technology means that it must be installed on two-axis trackers, having absolute precision so that the module does not suffer deviations of more than 0.1 ° with the sun.
